Location
We are directly opposite the beautiful Burleigh beach – just a few steps across the Esplanade and you are on the lovely white sand
You can choose from two patrolled beach areas when you stay at Solnamara Beachfront Apartments – one at the end of 4th Avenue and one just 150 meters down the beach at North Burleigh Life Saving Club.
We have a convenience store, cafes and restaurants just behind our building and North Burleigh Surf Club only 150 meters away. Coles supermarket and other little shops are only 2 blocks away and a 20 minute stroll gets you to the Burleigh Village shops, bars and cafes.

The special thing about Solnamara Beachfront Apartments is that every apartment looks directly to the ocean
The Norfolk Pine trees frame your views of the ocean – we have lovely view shafts through these beautiful green trees that provide shade for picnicking on the grass and walking along the walking tracks beneath.
All of our apartments have modern Smart TVs and DVD players. We have an extensive complimentary collection of DVDs for guests to choose from.
Our large pool is heated all year round and is in a sunny sheltered position. The pool looks blue, sparkling and inviting from the balconies above and is a wonderful feature of Solnamara Beachfront Apartments.
Standard Apartments: are just as stated Standard, most do not have Air Conditioning in the living area only the bedrooms, however do have ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms plus the lovely sea breezes.
Superior Apartments: include ceiling fans and Air Conditioning in the Living area, Main Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom, most apartments have minor improvements.
All apartments have TV’s in the living area and main bedroom
Yes you are welcome to have extra people in your apartment up to the maximum occupancy,
1 Bedroom rate includes 2 guests using existing bedding, extra guests up to 3
2 Bedroom rate includes 4 guests using existing bedding, extra guests up to 5
3 Bedroom rate includes 6 guests using existing bedding, extra guests up to 7
Extra guests are charged at $60 per night (includes rollaway bed) Guests are required to register at reception.
At no time during the occupancy by the guest shall more than the number of persons shown on the receipt/s issued reside overnight at the premises, without the prior consent of the Manager. Charges will apply
Booking
Check in is at 2pm and check out is 10am.
Early check-in and late check-out available on request for the applicable charges
Upon check-in it is mandatory that formal photographic identification e.g.: drivers licence / passport be produced along with valid credit card. Both of which copies will be held on record for verification purposes with credit card provider or other authorities. A security deposit may also be taken. The amount at manager’s discretion
There is no refund for early departure.
