Terms and conditions
Although we endeavour to meet all booking requests, we cannot guarantee specific room or floors. Apartments may be changed at manager’s discretion. The manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any mis- description of the apartments.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. The rates are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed by deposit. We endeavour to provide the best possible price for the period of booking.

Credit Card Fee
All bookings must be secured with a deposit by credit card at time of booking. We gladly accept Visa & MasterCard (surcharge of 1.8%). We do not accept American Express.

Should you prefer to do a bank transfer, our bank details are included in the confirmation letter. Bank transfers are surcharge free

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit:
Low Season: A deposit of $200 is required to confirm the booking. Balance is due on arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Peak Season: A deposit of $500 is required to confirm the booking. Balance is due before arrival Peak Season includes School Holidays, Public holidays, Easter & Christmas Holidays through to the end of January. Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival
